Our mission is to hold an annual Food Festival and increase visitor numbers to Norfolk Island.

  2. To identify strategic, affordable co-operative marketing opportunities between tourism and food industries
  3. To market the natural beauty, rich culture, unique arts, and the wide variety of tours & activities
  4. To add depth to the portfolio of attractions we have on offer, promote local businesses and encourage new niche market industries
  5. To showcase the abundance of fresh, organic and wholesome produce on Island
  6. To promote the large number of high quality restaurants and eateries available
  7. To bring together leading chefs locally and from abroad to celebrate and advance public knowledge of and appreciation for great food
  8. To comply with the Norfolk Island Tourism Strategic Plan
  9. To keep the Event “Green” to maintain a low carbon footprint

    5. Continue to promote the integration of food experiences into existing flagship events and pre and post conference and event itineraries
